eerrghh I ate way too much today.. feeling gross and bloated now :(
and I didn’t get to go for a run because of going to work super early, and having to take my ma and pa and nana to the airport for their trip to europe (super jealous).
going on a mini holiday to a rainforest with the boyfriend and his family this weekend, so probably not much tumblin for me…
Hmm, I guess my boyfriend knows, but I’m pretty sure he doesn’t really take much notice because I am constantly in and out of losing weight/not caring/putting on weight etc.
But he’s impressed by my running.
I have a few friends that are trying to lose a bit of weight too… we have chats every week about our diet and how we’ve been doing with exercise which is pretty motivating.
My mum thinks I look skinny haha.
Just got back from my hardest run yet!
I guess I can’t deny it anymore, the dreaded Brisbane summer is pretty much here already (even though it’s only spring, so it’s only going to get worse), no more running between 8am-4pm… it’s just too hot!
Early runs or evening runs are the only way now… it was far too warm at 10.45am and made my run so much less enjoyable. Plus I think I’m hungry and thirsty…
Anyways, I really need to get some new running clothes for summer too…. Running in clothing not made for sports just sucks when it’s hot! So uncomfortable.
On a brighter note, that was the last day of week 3 of C25K! Tomorrow will be week 4… very excited for that… must make sure to go early though! I’m so ahead of schedule :D
